Hours: 40 hours
Hourly Rate: $33.65 - $38.46
Tasks involved in the role:
- Increase profitability by projecting sales trends and empowering strategic decisions to drive revenue growth while maintaining quality.
- Champion an amazing customer experience by upholding the highest product standards and fostering a warm, customer-centric environment with your dynamic team.
- Orchestrate a harmonious, ever-progressing restaurant environment by leading impactful meetings, strategising, delivering training, and conducting operational reviews.
- Drive success through accurate and organized reporting, delivering timely reports that provide a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
- Build a high-performing team by monitoring staffing levels, playing a central role in recruitment, and connecting with top candidates to build a thriving workforce.
- Deliver exceptional training and onboarding to equip team members with the skills and knowledge needed to exceed expectations
- Commit to health and safety, ensuring strict compliance with all regulations.
- Optimize inventory control by managing food and beverage inventory, minimising waste, and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently.
- Maximise operational efficiency through a proactive preventive maintenance system, ensuring timely repairs and minimizing downtime.
- Establish a strong community presence, fostering partnerships with local non-profits to create a legendary community legacy.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) as a Manager, thriving in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of Quick-Service Restaurants.
- Passion for food and a genuine love for customers, at the core of everything you do.
- Extraordinary resilience to drive forward through challenges—no task is too daunting, and you never back down.
- Natural coaching leadership style, with a proven ability to develop and inspire your team to reach their full potential.
- High EQ and self-awareness, embracing feedback and fostering open communication, leading by example to create a culture of continuous improvement.
